Paxum are probleme ??

Am primit acest mail pe data de 8 Oct 2020 in legatura cu cardul SEPA Mastercard (pe care eu nu l-am primit niciodata desi am comandat si platit card cand mi-am deschis contul Paxum) si cred ca acest mail l-a primit toata lumea, inclusiv cine nu a primit cardul niciodata asa ca mine.
As a valued customer we want to inform you of an upcoming revision to your SEPA Mastercard.
The current card issuer for the SEPA Mastercard will be changing to PayrNet Limited in 60 days time. PayrNet Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Railsbank Technology Limited.
Your SEPA Mastercard usage and activity will not be affected by this change, and you can continue to transfer funds to the card and use the card you already have in your possession for ATM withdrawals and POS purchases.
This operational change will be implemented in 60 days, and we will update our card Terms of Service accordingly to ensure you have all the relevant information you need regarding your SEPA Mastercard.
We sincerely appreciate that you choose to use our services for your payments, and we look forward to continue serving your payment needs!

In legatura cu acest card UnionPay de la Paxum, am gasit raspuns partial la ce ma intereseaza si anume limita de retragere pe zi in contul de Paxum la Profile - Legal Info - Unionpay Card Terms & Conditions - Daily ATM withdrawal limit $1,500.00. Dar as vrea sa stiu daca de la ATM-urile Alpha Bank unde merge acest card se poate scoate aceasta suma (echivalent in lei) dintr-o singura extragere sau nu? Practic care este limita per o extragere la ATM-urile Alpha Bank cu acest card? Mersi.

La Alpha Bank, doar pentru Paxum (nu si pentru Cosmo), nu te mai lasa sa scoti cati bani vrei ci doar sume fixe setate de ei si maxim 1000 lei odata. Expresia "alta suma" a fost desfiintata.
De exemplu intre 500 lei si 1000 lei nu mai da nici o valoare, daca ai in card 920 lei nu poti sa-i scoti decat pe fractii 500+200+200 (trei extrageri, ca suma de 400 lei nu este prevazuta nici ea) si cu restul 20 ramai in traista, cum ar fi, daca nu cumva este halit de catre comisioanele extragerilor a doua si a treia si ramai numa' cu amintirea. Acesta a fost doar un exemplu.

Buna fetele ,
Am incercat azi sa scot de pe cardul Paxum master card o suma de bani si mi-a fost refuzata tranzactia la orice ATM.Raiffaisen, Garanti si alte 2 banci.
Am sunat la ei ,la Paxum SI MI-AU zis ca au probleme tehnice ;
La voi la fel?
Nu pot fi procesate platile, oare e din nou o problema mare cum a fost acum cateva luni

Obisnuiam sa scot de la Patria Bank cate 2000 odata ,dar de 1 saptamana nu mai pot decat 1000.
CAm aiurea ca iti ia mereu 18.90 ron la fiecare 1000 ron-

buna . eu sper sa fie o chestie provizorie . sapt trecuta am scos 2000 pe tranzactie de la atm euronet insa vad ca in ultimile zile mai multe persoane zic ca s-a schimbat limita la 1000 ron ceea ce este si nasol din pct de vedere al cursului valutar ca ei au un sistem mai diferit . la sume mai mari scoase ..cursul este mai bun . cu cat suma este aimica cu ata cursul scade ... which is nasol .. + comisioanele

Nu are legatura cu Paxum. Si nu, nu va mai reveni. Chiar va mai scadea in timp.

Hello!Va merge sa soateti banii de pe paxum?! Eu incerc de aseara sa scot de la atm-urile Euronet dar nu am reusit nici de la o banca inca(Ideea,Alpha,Libra,Patria etc).Suportul de la paxum a zis doar ca vor investiga.Voi ati reusit sa scoateti in ultima zi?!
