Once you have re-directed to Payoneer.com to proceed with your registration your payout method changes to Waiting for approval status. This does not mean that your registration was successful or that your Payoneer application was accepted.
After finishing the registration you may check if it was successful by clicking HERE. This will take you to Payoneer's site again and if you see "Click here to log into your account" at the bottom of the page your registration went through successfully.
