Paxum-banuti in intarziere .

Salut , asta este o conversatie intre mine si un suport de la paxum .
Am facut retragerea pe 16 , trebuia sa ajungă pe 21 sau 24 cel tarziu .
După ce i-am intrebat de ce nu mi-au venit banii , mi-au spus ca a fost o eroare de procesator si de fapt mi-au trimis banii pe 23 . Astazi pe 31 , trebuia sa ajungă .
Dar astazi mi-au transmis că de fapt , tranzactia s-a validat pe 29 .
WHAT THE FUCK !



Hello ,This is the 7th day , the money are not in my account . Can you please return the money back to my paxum account ?

Your EFT withdrawal request has been processed on 2017-03-23. From this date, it can take up to 5-7 business days (not week days) for the funds to reach your bank account. If they do not arrive after the mentioned period, please notify us.

So the payment was procesed on 23 . counting busines days :
23,24,27,28,29,30,31 .today is 31 and my payment still not in my account .

i kindly ask you to return the funds to my paxum account .

So first you said my payment was procesed on 17th . Then you said it was a procesor eror so actually my payment tranzaction was procesed on 23 . Now you tell me my payment was procesed on 29 ? What the fuck .

How can you mock your clients like that . how ?
I have bills to pay , i need those money .

Cum mai toate site-urile accepta acum payoneer , vă sfatuiesc să nu folositi paxum in nici un caz . O bătaie de joc . Si nu este prima dată cand s-a intamplat .

Si eu recomand acelasi lucru, NU PAXUM. Tu ai fost un caz fericit in care ai primit banii, eu nu i-am primit nici pana acum, de cateva luni, dupa zeci de mailuri. Am facut plangere la guvernul canadei, ramane de vazut daca vor face ceva in privinta asta.
