And i remember a strange thing. We see that a member write in the chat, but we don t see him in the members list. Also, sometimes we can click the member to see more information, and the soft freeze. I meet it not only for my models, i sow some complains in this forum too.

Laszlo, now another question. You say that the income of the models is better, i tend to disagree. even the top 5 is lower than it was during the same time last year. I know, i know is not good for business when we complain about the lose of traffic and low income, but you will see more people will come and say the same thing. While SOME models grew and start making money, others are on a free fall and not just a few, i am sure in time they will get the courage to speak.
Just tonight one of my friends was trying to log in as a member. When hovering the icon of the performer she could see the performer was live, clicking on the name of the performer she got the "Perfofmer has been offline for more than a year" thing, once logged out as a guest... everything was fine. So, if any of my girls are staying in free chat and not making money cause they don`t know how, i will shutup... but when i see members complaining about the fact they get kicked from private, that they can`t see their favorites online or even worse that their favorites DISAPEARED from their list then is time for me to worry. And i am one of the guys that literally stressed the support team with this issue since november, just tonight it happen again. So the bug, the virus...the whatever it is...still causes problems.

I have been a model on the site for a while now. I do not consider I am the best but neither the worst.
And I have managed to catch Jasmin transforming from a small thing to the beautiful beast that it is today.
And yes it's a beast because it needs a lot of work to do.
So without mumbling any longer I will put in your attention the following:
1.I have been found offline by your support staff when my JasminCam showed me that I was online.
2.I have been talked to as if I have no clue how a computer works, again by the special Support members...telling me I quote "the program shows me your cpu usage it's not supernatural "...way to go support staff, love to be mocked when I asked just how can they figure what my cpu usage is.
3.I realised that when the performer center has changed it's view it came with a few bugs that your support team couldn't tell me thru a mail that.
So now the fun part starts: I haven't been noticed that the country restriction has been deactivated once with the new view of the performer center.
And as I completedly trusted your program, I never thought to check untill friday, when it seemed kinda odd to have so many romanian guest(no offence i have no problem with that), so i thought lets check what is up with my country and guess what???!! It was deactivated.
Conclusion I have been available for everyone tho that hasnt been my option for the entire month of January.
How does privacy work in this case?Doesn't that mean that your staff has broken some rules?
Oh and the answer that I loved to hear from them was:"We are sorry for your inconvenience, we know about the problem, your not the only one to report it."

let`s not forget the guests coming from phone,some are very rude and is frustrating not to be able to kick them out:) some just spam,send 100 sentences in 1 minute mostly with rude words in it,takes a while to ask support help to remove them.

if you experience any kind of rude behaviour you should ask to speak with a supervisor,i never had any issues on fixing things while i was in support room and nobody was rude with me there as well,maybe sometimes took more time and patience but eventually all went ok.

As being a Glam Model gets more acceptable, we have more Models joining and even with the constantly growing traffic the competition gets stronger. In this competition other than doing a great performance new trends became important, to mention some:
- Actively using social media,
- Having your own whitelabel / website,
- Producing professional content,
- Managing Member database.
Using them or not, and how to handle them are affecting the traffic in my opinion.

first of all hello to all of you....i m raisabella as u may know, one of top 5 girls for years...i don't come here often but someone told me about this.now it may be a great opportunity to bring some problems to the right person..i apologize for my english as is not the best ..lol...i would like to ask you please to make the site as it was before...simple and very good...all thses changes only made it wors...and now ...if for me (wich i can say i have traffic) now i have few people left...members see me down on page (wich is not fair at all ,i been working alot to earn my priority on site),most people are kicked out of free chat and private( why would someone comeback on site if the soft runs so bad?,why would they still pay good money for a bad service?)...second the site is the only one that allowes guests to type(all they do is promote other sites,offend us and ask private stuffs),let us choose if we wanna keep the guests talking....and lately all of us (i guess) have in free chat only free members who are not willing to pay anything (believe me ,they open free accounts just for free sneak peaks u offer).i work on site for 3 years...and i know what i m talking about!traffic is super low or is full of free members and guests.Speaking also about the top 5 earnings....i found out recently the private percentage of some girls and the huge number of worked hours.is not the same with their money:)))) wich makes all of us think is fake .and admins on site ...before january most were acting so rude...like the girls were working for them...not them for us to help...now are nice but they have no clue what to do(most of them).going like this..the site will loose most of models and most of paying members.

From time to time I visit the free chat of the girls I admire. When was the last time you put up a smile on your face? Because I honestly can't remember seeing you do that lately. Another thing that bothered me and that I couldn't restrain myself from replying to, is the remark you've made about the Jasmin Top 5. After so many years, how can you possibly say that the top is fake and that some models have unjust added amounts?! You are doing the exact thing mediocre models have been doing for years now, coming here and making all kinds of assumptions that YOUR earnings were fake. I am sure you've heard about the "search" option on this forum. Use it! Search for your name and you will see for yourself what I'm talking about.
So...are we to understand your earnings were fake?? Or does that only apply to the other Top 5 models?... I assure you that none of the payments in Top 5 are fake ( but you know that very well anyway), all payments in Top 5 are real and I find your remark to be just a bit resentful considering you have been THERE and you know faking it is impossible. If you had not said this maybe I would not have replied, But I find it unacceptable for a model of your class to make such assumptions.
As I said before, no site is not perfect but neither are we. Sometimes we think subjectively trying to obtain benefits even if we know that we may not deserve.
In other news I do not agree with resetting the votes because not all models get this votes by doing forbidden things or begging for votes. I would rather suggest certain models being kept under supervision. The models who use these tools abusively should get penalties untill this practices will stop. I am not jumping on a white horse to defend Lazlo but we have to stop dumping all our problems on his back. There are things it's in our power to fix and we have to do what it's up to us first then turn to the site for help. A site like Jasmin is very difficult to control. It's probably impossible to control thousands of models, some of them there since the site was invented so to speak. And some of those models are trying to stand up from the crowd, many times in a a negative manner, by breaking the rules of the site.
Anyway...I just urge you to moderation! Throwing reproach will not bring solution to the problems. Temperance, patience and sweet talk will always will solve things much faster and better rather than using a baseball bat.
Popularity always goes hand in hand with a great load of sh*t from lots of people so don't worry about it, you're not cursed in free chat more than any other model who reached top 5. We have to understand these are the risks on any site we would choose to work on. There is and always will be competition, malice, frustration, envy. You should have been used to it by now because, among other things, that is what it means to be a succesful model. You keep your head up and follow your path with the good and the bad that come from it. You don't have to respond to the attacks in the same manner because that would mean for you to stoop down to their level and it's not worth it.
