So, I'm trying to learn how to make a webcam whitelabel work? Course I don't expect to make any money out this, maybe spend some into learning but ... if we don't learn net things we are as good as dead.

You cant actually "make a white label site".
Your affiliate program is supposed to give you access to that.
Only thing you have to do is to change the A or C records pointing the a designated ip address from your affiliate program area.
Keep in mind that serious that serious affiliate programs wont let you do that before you have atleast some sales.

I'm not sure which affiliate program are you using to build your whitelabel, but I got this error message from my location: http://livesex247.com/ClosedLocation.txt
"We are sorry but this site is not accessible from your current location. Thank you."

Also, for some reason, looks like your main page is not indexed in Google. Just try to look for "site:livesex247.com" in Google.
