It is simple: one window which shows the webcam or the video device you chosen from the Tray icon, which always remains ON TOP of all other. Its features are the following:
* WebCam Viewer allows you to select any video device you want (from the Tray notification area)
* WebCam Viewer automatically detects the maximum video resolution that it supports and previews the video at that maximum resolution
* WebCam Viewer’s main dialog can be resized and/or moved, and the settings are saved in an XML file
* WebCam Viewer remembers the last video device you’ve used, so next time you start this application, it will automatically start previewing
* WebCam Viewer remembers the last size and location of the window, so you’ll always have it where you left it
