Tiberkul, the settlement in the Taiga, was established in 1994 on a territory of 2.5 square kilometres, and today counts some five thousand inhabitants, largely living autochthonous and on ecological principles. It is centered on the villages of Petropavlovka and Cheremshanka, at ca. 53°53′N 93°45′E. The settlement has a three-tiered structure: the Town itself (Abode of Dawn), the Heavenly Abode, and the Temple Peak.
In October 1995, the religious association of Vissarion officially registered as the "Church of the Last Testament".

M am apucat recent de o carte a lui Susan Forward numita Toxic Parents ce analizeaza intr o maniera foarte profunda felul in care tiparele comportamentale se paseaza de la o generatie la alta si cum cautam sa acoperim greselile celor de dinaintea noastra prin adoptarea unor masti ce se bazeaza in principal pe perfectionism si bariere menite sa ne tina departe de adevarata fiinta. Am citit cu atentie cele scrise de tine Ionut si crede ma sunt parte din intregul formulat de catre tine. Am doar 22 de ani, fac videochat de 1 an si consider ca este cea mai inteleapta alegere din viata mea. Am realizat ca e un mod distractiv prin care pot scapa de toti demonii ce ma bantuie, in mare parte intr o maniera hilara. Nu pot sa accept otrava, tocmai de asta mi am gasit leacul in citit, in scris, in videochat. Am intalnit fel de fel de oameni in decursul ultimului an. Oameni frumosi in mare parte, oameni cu probleme de interactiune, de self esteem, oameni cu o sexualitate bolnava. Nu caut sa judec, cat caut sa inteleg. Experimentez in clipa de fata o revolta fata de tot ce ma inconjoara. Incep sa vad din ce in ce mai clar modul in care societatea, scoala, parintii si au pus amprenta asupra mea si sunt intr un fel sau altul dispus sa calc pe cadavre ca sa ma pastrez integru. Cred ca toti oamenii nu necesita niciun fel de judecata, a priori sau a posteriori. Lucrurile sunt menite sa se intample exact cand suntem dispusi sa le acceptam in viata noastra. Cat despre sincronicitatile bazate pe numere pot spune ca 13 a fost numarul meu norocos dintotdeauna.
